About the Space

Atlanta Beach Oasis is the ultimate sand and sport, residential, resort style property for exterior filming. There are no Interior photos as we do not rent out the inside of the property. However for certain projects that fit, we will open the doors, starting at $8,000 a day. This 5 acre, exterior film location boasts plenty of areas for you to photograph or film your next project or product line.  90x50 feet of white sugar sand + Sand volleyball court with removable posts. Put up a green screen and you could be anywhere. Pool/Spa/Tanning shelf, imported Turkish travertine, Cabana, Elevated Golf Tee Box and black 4 board equestrian fence. 100x200 foot M10 horse arena. 60 foot Round pen with M10 footing, plus a small stable and and tack area. We do offer the indoor Terrance level for video village as well as our gym for fitness photoshoots. There is no access to the residents living quarters. Our fitness facility is located off the pool, complete with TRX, a treadmill, free weights, box jump, mirrors and more. SAND: 5,500 square feet of soft, cool to the touch, sugar sand. Regulation sized Volleyball Court with lines and removable posts if you need an all sand look giving you a very large 90 ft. by 50 ft. of open sand.   POOL: Custom aqua blue shotcrete pool 40 x 15 feet. The entire pool is 5 ft in depth with a very long 32 foot tanning ledge wading in 6 inches of water. 2,200 square feet of imported Turkish Travertine pool decking. A custom pool cabana with electrical outlets, lights and modern interior design. GOLF: Elevated Golf Tee Box 125 yard range FIRE: Custom smokeless fire pit located in the sand separate from the volleyball court.
