Rustic Mid-Century Modern Retreat: A Film-friendly Santa Clarita Pool Home Located on an elevated corner lot with 270-degree mountain, city, and valley views, this tastefully furnished, fully renovated home features beamed-vaulted ceilings, two bedrooms, two baths, and a vaulted-ceiling den—all with easy access for filming. An 8-foot manicured hedge shields the home from street view while buffering sound from both sides. A grass-covered, private, front yard leads to a covered porch before entering the home’s classic, mid-century front door. Inside, you’ll find an authentic Restoration Hardware Cloud sofa, a stylish fireplace, western art and beautiful views with plenty of light from every window in the home. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, quartz countertops, subway tile, a farmhouse sink, and a moveable island.
