We had an absolutely wonderful experience renting the Lakehouse. Our guests had such a great time! Josh and his wife were wonderful and checked in with us prior to the event on several occasions. This was a Sweet 16 party that was very memorable. Our guests enjoyed looking at the lake, sitting at the dock, and swimming in the pool. The large kitchen was great for indoor catering. There was a large area on the patio where we had a Photo Booth and a DJ set up. I would highly recommend this venue for entertaining.

The property sprawls over 1 acre of land. Very secluded, yet located near the heart of town and easy accessibility to stores and restaurants. The 3000 sq ft home offers an open floor plan and large open aired back porch that overlooks the pool and the lake. A mix of open grass and tree coverage. There is a lovely path through the trees down to the dock on the lake. The property is bordered on one side by a 30ft buffer of trees for a very secluded / private feel. The house and barn sit back off the road, down the winding driveway. The barn is used as office and workshop, but can easily be converted into a shooting space. The outside is very rustic with tongue and groove cedar with a black metal roof. Great as a backdrop for any production or private event. The property is a great space for photo shoots with multiple shooting locations and large back porch area for open air staging and production. The property could also work great for small parties, gatherings, workshops or day-long retreats.
