About the Space

Our 2,592 sq. ft. rental space offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and versatility in the heart of Kansas City. With the ability to host up to 175 guests, or be paired down for a more intimate atmosphere, this venue adapts seamlessly to events of all sizes. In addition to the inviting indoor space, your rental includes access to our spacious outdoor grounds—complete with a back patio, picnic area, front lawn, and even the neighboring park. The combination of indoor and outdoor settings makes this venue ideal for baby showers, family reunions, weddings, graduation parties, and more. Whether you’re planning a lively celebration or a cozy gathering, our multi-use space provides a warm and welcoming backdrop for your most memorable moments. Main Room The primary event space is 44′ x 21′ with a loft in the upper east half. The loft is 27 x 19′ and overlooks half of the open barn space. Wagon Room The wagon room contains a Conestoga wagon from the mid-nineteenth century. This area features large barn doors on both ends, which allow for seamless transitions from outdoor to indoor spaces. Additional Areas Rentals also have access to restrooms, a kitchen, and a dressing room. The vintage suite dressing room is a multipurpose, behind-the-scenes area with comfortable seating and lighted mirrors. Outdoor Space Additionally, rentals can make use of the grounds – perfect for wedding ceremonies, seating areas, outdoor eating areas, and photography.
