About the Space

East coast neighborhood dive bar feel with big booths and live wood tables. 3 large windows face the street, so a lot of natural light avail OR you would have to duventyne to make completely dark. We have an adjacent lot with 13 spots but we share with other tenants, so lot can only be used after they are closed 6pm-8am next day, Wednesday and Sundays 8 spots are available as some of the other businesses are closed. Otherwise you can permit street parking as long as no large trucks are blocking the front of the building, the mall will lease parking down the street, sportsman’s lodge a few miles away or check the VNSO park.
