Rustic Desert Ranch House in Remote Valley

About the Space

House sits on a hill overlooking our gorgeous valley. Huge patio with turf, lots of lawn furniture, hammock, gazebo, treehouse, and our two adorable goats. We are just an hour from the city, tucked into the Angeles National Forest. (For productions: We are IN the secondary studio zone.) The house s a part of our 12-acre ranch. Some amenities listed ONLY apply to the larger property. Please inquire about any features that catch your eye so we can let you know where on the property it is. For example, we do have an on-site recording studio, and open-air saloon, but it is not included with the house and would need to be booked seperately. OUR PROPERTY: Other cabins/trailers include our yurt, red barn with loft beds, our mini glamping cabin, our eclectic stain-glass cabin, and vintage boho-vibe trailer. Lots of other trailers/vehicles on site as well (including an FBI surveillance trailer!) Our open-air saloon and game parlor gives a rustic/country feel, and also is just a great place to hang out. We have an adorable western town (once a movie set) with a country kitchen & funky themed bathrooms/gorgeous showers. These can be utilized by crew. Obviously, it's the great outdoors, so also lots of open space with beautiful backdrops for both events and shoots. PRICING: What you see is the BASE PRICE. This guarantees use of the house specifically. If we need to clear any other area of the ranch for your shot, or event, that will be an "add on." If you want to rent out the entire ranch, we can discuss rate depending on your usage/impact and crew/group size. WE LOVE VISITS! Come check out our space.
