Nestled in the heart of historic San Juan Capistrano, our 2,000-square-foot barn sits on a working Christmas tree farm where Monterey Pines and Leyland Cypress are grown each season. Conveniently located just minutes from the 5 Freeway, the farm feels worlds away from the city. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel as though you've stepped into a charming Hallmark movie set surrounded by beautiful countryside. The two-story barn features authentic rustic character with soaring wooden beams and a stunning 14-foot chandelier handcrafted from reclaimed barn wood. Just beyond the barn doors, guests can gather in a spacious outdoor area illuminated by market lights, creating the perfect setting for dining and socializing. Whether you're planning a wedding, corporate gathering, birthday, or special celebration, the barn serves as a blank canvas ready to bring your vision to life. You're welcome to bring in your own furnishings and décor to create a space that reflects your style. Adding to the farm's charm are our friendly animals, which delight guests of all ages. For an even more memorable experience, our petting zoo is available as an optional event add-on. Combining country elegance, modern convenience, and the beauty of a working Christmas tree farm, our venue offers an unforgettable setting for gatherings both large and small, with memories that will last a lifetime. This is the perfect location for: ⭐ Photo sessions ⭐ Film shoots and production ⭐ Birthday parties ⭐ Special events ⭐ Weddings and receptions ⭐ Corporate functions/meetings ⭐ Team building VENUE RENTAL FEES: $400.00 per hour 1-50 guests $575.00 per hour 51-100 guests $765.00 per hour 101-150 guests $990.00 per hour 151-200 guests REFUNDABLE SECURITY & CONTINGENCY DEPOSIT: A $750.00 deposit is due within 72 hours once the booking is accepted and must be paid via Host's Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle account. These funds will be used to off-set any charges deemed necessary by the Host, such as, but not limited to any overtime charges incurred, unapproved guest overages, additional cleaning, breakage, damages, repairs, etc. Should the security and contingency deposit be deemed refundable after the completion of the booking, funds will be returned via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle 72 hours after the completion of the booking. If the security and contingency deposit is not submitted within the allotted timeframe, the Host has the right to cancel the event/booking. INSURANCE: Guest is required to obtain and maintain special event liability insurance through The Event Helper.com within seven calendar days after booking the venue. If insurance certificate is not submitted within the allotted timeframe, the Host has the right to cancel the event/booking. PROPERTY MONITORING: The Guest acknowledges and agrees that the premises are under twenty-four (24) hour audio and video surveillance monitoring for security purposes. These recordings capture the exterior and interior areas of the property with the exception of the restrooms. Host reserves the right to utilize these recordings for security and safety purposes and the Guest hereby consents to such monitoring and recording. SECURITY: One (1) Security Guard per every fifty (50) people is required when alcohol is being served. Guest is required to use the Host's designated security company.
