About the Space

Our land is as close to untouched as you can get in Southern California. Complete with 40 acres and surrounded by majestic Mountain Views. Many compare this valley to Montana landscapes. You have access to the horse barn and facilities, including a beautiful Tennessee walker named Copper, a buckskin named Canyon and a small sweet burro named Hook (extra fee required for animals). On the west side of the land, you have access to an airplane hangar with a single engine Cessna and a 1200 foot grass runway. If you want the plane to move and be featured, there will be a fee and it can include a pilot. There is electricity in the barn and hangar but no wifi. There is also a creek that runs through the property. Other facilities include a 5 car garage/ workspace. We have ample parking and the road from the 5 freeway to our location is very well kept and easy to drive on, with no steep curves or cliffs. Dirt and gravel driveway. It can snow in the winter. We are 1.5 hours from Hollywood.
