17 acres in the rural rolling foothills of Appalachia approximately 15 minutes to an entrance of the Natchez Trace Parkway. Property features pasture and forested areas. A highlight is a car width trail through pine trees, a cluster of large trees in a circle and a road recently dug from the bluff down to the Buffalo river along approximately 500 ft of riverfront access. The property is accessible on state road 99 and has a sloping elevation in some parts.
