This Royal, Stunning residence exudes grandeur with magnificent room sizes and timeless finishes that permeate every corner. The first floor boasts a spacious layout with lofty 10-foot ceilings, featuring a formal dining room, a regal living room adorned with a classic fireplace, and a library/office enriched with custom built-ins and a marble-surround fireplace. The chef's kitchen and great room, overlooking a serene reservoir, are ideal for your shoot, equipped with a generous cherry center island, an abundance of shoot-friendly white shaker cabinets, and top-of-the-line appliances. The incredible mudroom, complete with a built-in homework/office zone, provides the perfect backdrop for your production. Additionally, there is convenient access to the 3-car attached garage and a half bath adjacent to the kitchen, making this space a versatile canvas for photoshoots and film shoots, where every detail embodies elegance and functionality. Her property is truly a hidden gem—offering breathtaking views, a serene lake, lush forest, and a beautifully maintained pool and pool house. It’s a dream setting for any production seeking a naturally cinematic backdrop. Sharon and her family went above and beyond to make our crew feel welcome and supported throughout the shoot. Their warmth and flexibility played a huge role in the success of our project. Filming at Sharon’s location was not just productive—it was memorable. Sharon is a wonderful host. She was great to communicate with beforehand, and super hospitable and kind upon our arrival. She was quick to tour us around the home, and just as quick to disappear as to not be in the way of anything. A quick text to her yielded quick responses, and she remained nearby if we needed anything. The perfect scenario. The home is absolutely beautiful and has so many great features. Our production was simple, so we definitely under-utilized the home. For that reason, and because Sharon was great, we hope to work with her again and plan another production here.
