Roomy Warehouse Studio with Cyclorama Wall

About the Space

This spacious warehouse studio is located in an industrial complex just off Madison and I-80—only 5 minutes from the freeway and 15 minutes from Midtown Sacramento. Designed for photo and content creation, the studio primarily uses artificial lighting, but also features a large rolling door that can be opened for natural light when needed. All pictured equipment is included with your rental. The space offers a private entrance, a single restroom, two dressing booths, a dedicated glam area, and a refrigerator with a refreshments table for your convenience. There is a 2-hour minimum to book the space. Rentals of 8 hours or more qualify for a discounted hourly rate. House Rules • No smoking inside the building or within 25 feet of the entrance. • Please return anything you borrow to its original spot before you leave. • Clean up after yourself—leave the space how you found it. • Turn off all lights and electronics before heading out. • If you have a large amount of trash, please take it with you and use the big bins across the parking lot. • If you're using the cyclorama wall, do not step on or lean against the curved edges—they’re thin drywall and can easily puncture.
