​Located in the heart of Chicago's River North, Forum 301 offers a distinctive setting for meetings, workshops, and private gatherings. Surrounded by the work of emerging Chicago artists, the gallery provides an atmosphere that encourages creativity, conversation, and fresh perspectives. For organizations looking to move beyond the typical conference room, Forum 301 offers an inspiring cultural environment that elevates the experience for both hosts and guests. ​The gallery accommodates up to 50 guests and is well suited for business meetings, university seminars, nonprofit gatherings, lectures, workshops, and small social events. A standard meeting setup includes folding tables, linens, accent seating, and padded folding chairs, with flexible arrangements depending on the needs of the event. The space is available for rentals from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on select days, making it a convenient option for daytime meetings, evening programs, or weekend events. ​In addition to the gallery environment itself, Forum 301 provides a streamlined event experience. Guests can begin by contacting the gallery to discuss their event and schedule a site visit. Catering can be arranged through approved vendors, and the gallery team provides on-site hospitality including guest greeting and post-event cleanup. Each rental is supported by a simple agreement to ensure the care of the space and the artwork on display. Whether hosting a strategy session, a creative workshop, or a community conversation, Forum 301 offers a memorable alternative to traditional meeting venues.
