    I booked this home to host a Yoga Day Retreat. Everyone was in awe of this home. Kim and her team are great hosts and available for all of your questions and needs. The house is gorgeous, with a perfect balance of historic character and modern design. The kitchen is fully stocked for any kind of stay. The backyard provided a great space to practice on the grass, hang out on the porch, and enjoy meals on the patio. There is also a big pool area for the summer and a hot tub by the back door for any season. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe, and it is easy to walk down the block to the beach. You will find plenty to enjoy with the website Kim provides for her guests with lots of information about the area. Thank you!!!

Historic home in a park like setting that has been completely renovated with modern elegance. House was built in 1829 as a large Estate to a wealthy Captain so no additions- the house flows nicely. House maintains its historic integrity but with a lot of modern and eclectic features. Large Piano that dates back to the 1700s. 6 Bedrooms are all upstairs including a Master with King Bed that includes a sitting room and en suite bath. Outdoor bathroom including 2 RainFall shower heads with white porcelain sink and toilet. Fantastic wrap-around porch as well as enclosed porch that now serves as the Gym with Elliptical and Peloton. Everyone loves to pretend the house is Haunted given its age and quirky features. Beautiful yard including many varieties of flowering trees blooming at different times of year. Pool and pool patio area is being renovated in Fall of 2022 and I will add renderings. Everyone who enters this house totally falls in love with it. I also rent it as a vacation rental and many guests comment that the pictures do not do it justice. It is actually better in person.
