This recently remodeled modern split level home has an open concept, white kitchen that is very spacious. Colorful living room with french doors to a large outside backyard with patio space. Great for Industrial films, documentaries, TV commercials and TV & film scenes, Photography. Companies from non-profits, to kick starter products, Marketing/Agency, and Fortune 500 companies have rented this space. Great backyard for entertaining as well and can be used for large parties. The backyard has a covered patio, outdoor couches and TV, manicured landscape, tree house, and right off a cul-de-sac. Great for projects with kids involved as well. The home is located on a double cul-de-sac for extra quiet surroundings and ample parking. It also has a double garage with a work space and /or gear storage. We have had production companies store gear overnight in the workspace off the double garage to make multiple day shoots easy. 15-20 people can comfortably sit down throughout the home, while more at 50 can comfortably stand - inside and out.
