This recently remodeled modern split level home has an open concept, white kitchen that is very spacious. Colorful living room with french doors to a large outside backyard with patio space. Great for Industrial films, documentaries, TV commercials and TV & film scenes, Photography. Companies from non-profits, to kick starter products, Marketing/Agency, and Fortune 500 companies have rented this space. Great backyard for entertaining as well and can be used for large parties. The backyard has a covered patio, outdoor couches and TV, manicured landscape, tree house, and right off a cul-de-sac. Great for projects with kids involved as well. The home is located on a double cul-de-sac for extra quiet surroundings and ample parking. It also has a double garage with a work space and /or gear storage. We have had production companies store gear overnight in the workspace off the double garage to make multiple day shoots easy. 15-20 people can comfortably sit down throughout the home, while more at 50 can comfortably stand - inside and out. Modern furniture, lighting and home features e.g. appliances, sink/faucet, cabinets Easy access. Within minutes from a major highway. We are 10 minutes from the heart of Old Town Alexandria. Great restaurants to cater and supply necessary amenities if needed like Target, grocery stores, Home Depot, Starbucks etc 10-15 minutes to Old Town Alexandria 20-30 Minutes to DC (pending traffic) 45 Minutes to Baltimore 45 Minutes to Fredericksburg
