About the Space

This is a full functioning recording studio with both analog and digital equipment. There is a total of 4 active rooms: a fully stocked control room, a live room that can be transformed into a photo or video shoot room, a living room with a a fridge and kitchen supply, and a restroom for all guest. Both control and live room carries a multitude array of instruments and recording equipment, which depending on the project, is available for additional charge. The control room has a 16 channel analog outboard gear that is all connected to a computer that runs both Protools 2022 and Ableton 2022. An additional piano, bass, and guitar are stocked in the room, and are available if given notice. The Live room is about 380 sq ft, fully stocked with amplifiers and instruments, and a plethora of guitar pedals. The studio captures an elegant, yet spacious aesthetic that helps creative individuals focus on said project. With a dim-lighting system, one can also alter the mood with vibrant color lights that are set around the space. The living is a quaint, yet relaxing space for those who are taking a break. With a comfy, small sectional couch, a fridge stocked with water, and a functional kitchen, this room is a place to unwind and decompress during work hours. It can also be used as a recording or video space, as I have done in the past. The restroom is fully stocked and comes with shower.
