About the Space

This space is currently without power, has no windows, the basement gets water when it rains and has renters above. However it does have a large bay window and main room with tremendous potential. I have the intention to make it an open gallery/event space given the time and money to do so. If there is interest in the space I will get power run, open up the bay window and will begin discussions about adding proper drainage to the property next door to make the basement more usable. We have a U-shaped parking lot next door that can be used for two maybe three cars (other spots are taken and the hospital is still taking clients so at least two spots must remain available). There is also a bar a few doors down if you're thirsty.
