About the Space

This 5-acre ranch is a dream for filmmakers. Located in Agua Dulce in the Los Angeles 30‑Mile Studio Zone near the Santa Clarita movie ranch corridor, this working ranch offers cinematic landscapes just a short drive from the city. Owned by a director/producer, it has many features that make filming easier. Exterior filming is the primary use, with optional add‑on access to select interiors, including stunning double height library rooms (one with a fireplace, one with a pool table / ping pong table), a dedicated hair and makeup area, green room, and a premium bathroom for talent or on‑camera use. Five cows live on the property; if you need them moved please discuss this with us in advance. Three of the cows are actor cows that are affectionate and halter trained. Bringing other animals on set requires special arrangements for the safety both of the onsite cows and for the visiting animals. All trash must be diligently picked up. No alteration to the property (holes dug or drilled, paint, trees pruned, etc.) is permitted without special arrangement in advance. Many items can be moved but this needs to be arranged in advance and the items must be returned to their original location. In respect for the neighboring ranches, no loud music, sirens, smoke bombs, fireworks, gunshots, etc. are allowed. Thank you for understanding!
