About the Space

This is a film-friendly neighborhood, and there is plenty of street parking available with no parking restrictions or street cleaning days. Inside the house, there are all hardwood floors with 2 medium size rugs. The living room has 2 big pianos on rollers: one is 50 years old and another is 100+ years old. Dining area includes a big wooden dining table with 1 bench and 3 chairs, and has french doors that open to an outside garden. The kitchen is beautiful, upscale, and modern but with a traditional vibe; The kitchen has a big skylight and a window that opens to a garden. Master Bedroom: overlooks the garden and hot tub; has 1 french door that opens to the garden and 2 doors that open to other rooms; and is easily reconfigurable. Master Bathroom: spacious, with a separate shower, and tub, 2 sinks a toilet. Meditation room: is located in the second floor. It is a small funky room painted with East Indian colors, small window, coach and a projector. Small Guest Room with 2 windows, 1 twin size bed , closet and bookshelf. Guest Bathroom: includes shower/tub, toilet and a sink. Back Yard: very flexible back yard with mulch instead of lawn (facilitating longer-term shoots and equipment); outdoor furniture (5 patio tables with chairs). There are 9 raised vegetable beds, a couple dozen potted herbs plus vegetables, a huge tree near the fence, water barrels, 5 quiet chickens on the left-side of the fence, friendly bees in the corner near a gardening shed / office shed, the shed has a skylight and a on the right side of the backyard there is a hot tub. Front Yard: 5 fruit trees, plants and a bench in the front.
