Sunscope Studios is a sought-after exterior filming location for television, film, commercials, music videos, branded content, and lifestyle party scenes. Situated on nearly 11,000 sq. ft. of private property, the location features a versatile ranch-style environment with a tropical overgrown jungle garden aesthetic, offering multiple cinematic looks and production angles throughout the property. Location features include: • Classic front porch with rocking chairs • Empty pool area • Ping pong table and lounge spaces • Large rear patio • Basketball court • Brick walkways • Camping tent setup • Studio backdrops and flexible staging areas • Exterior dressing room/changing area • Secure gated access with parking for up to 3 vehicles onsite Most existing props and set pieces visible onsite are available for production use at no additional charge unless otherwise specified. The property is ideal for productions seeking a raw, cinematic, lived-in Southern California atmosphere with multiple shoot environments in a single location footprint. Rental Terms & Production Notes: • 4-hour minimum booking required • Exterior location rental only unless otherwise approved in writing • Productions are responsible for obtaining any required permits, insurance, and compliance with local filming regulations • Availability subject to production approval and scheduling • Additional fees may apply for oversized crews, special equipment, extended hours, amplified sound, pyrotechnics, or high-impact production activity Restroom Information: There are no dedicated restroom facilities within the primary filming area. Nearby restroom access may be available depending on production size and scheduling. Optional restroom rentals available upon request: • Portable restroom with sink delivery: starting at $300 • Luxury air-conditioned his-and-hers restroom trailer: starting at $1,400 Additional production support available upon request: • Camera and production equipment rentals • Drone operation coordination • Motorhome / production vehicle coordination • Production wrangling and onsite logistics support Ask about bundled production support rates for multi-day shoots, branded campaigns, and recurring productions. Production Requirements: All productions must carry general liability insurance with minimum coverage of $2,000,000 USD. Prior to arrival, production must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the property owner and/or Sunscope Studios as Additional Insured for the duration of the rental period. Proof of insurance must be submitted and approved before access to the location is granted. Production is responsible for all crew, talent, vendor, equipment, vehicle, and guest activity occurring on the property during the rental period.

The pool is nice and the photos are as advertised but was surprised when the bathroom included was a port-a-potty that is located on the street being held open by a tree branch which costed $350 and the site rep fee is $500 for a person that already lives on site. Also the house is occupied by renters.

All good! Ron's place was as seen in the photos — a rustic backdrop for a nice day shoot. Outdoor access only but lots of nooks & crannies to explore, weight training area, empty pool and front porch.
