About the Space

Warm and inviting, quaint all-brick ranch style home on the Bay! Steps away from the Bay with a few nice Bay views from inside of this farm house styled home and out. Steps from the boating area/docks. Perfect setting on a 1/3 acre of fence free open land. Beautiful views of the bay, lakefront homes, and open land. The home is ranch style- with a country home flair inside. Super bright and boasts of natural lights 80% of the day. Bright recessed lights are also located in almost every room. Great for Production, other Events (showers, weddings, fishing, boating get-a-ways), Meetings & technology venues (Zoom, podcasts, YouTube recordings etc.) We will consider Saturday and/or week day evening (after 5pm CST)events or production projects on a case by case basis. Saturday rentals will incur an additional fee of $25/hour. 2 hour minimum/4 maximum. Weekday evening premium (after 5 pm CST) will be an additional $15/hr + overtime if applicable. Feel free to reach out and ask any questions or book your time now. We do require a refundable (no damage) deposit and/or proof of active insurance. There will be an additional fee for late check-outs. -Please inquire. There will be an on site Manager available and ready to assist you during your stay. Will you need additional days? *What areas of the location will be needed?*For Production requests, will you be shooting primarily outside or inside?Do you plan to dress the set or rely on the location furniture and props?
