Our largest space, the Rainy Lake room is fully equipped with two 80” LED screens, Polycom videoconferencing technology, a dedicated space to for catering, whiteboards along the presenting wall, as well as south-facing floor to ceiling windows. This space is perfect for videoconferencing, receptions, large meetings, training seminars and specialty parties and events. With ample space, this room can be configured to serve any occasion. With a seating capacity of up to 60 people and an impressive 1400 sq ft area, the Rainy Lake Room is perfect for a variety of events, from receptions and large meetings to training seminars and specialty parties. The room’s south-facing floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright and inspiring atmosphere. Equipped with twin 80″ HD TVs, Polycom videoconferencing technology, and ceiling-mounted speakers and microphones, the Rainy Lake Room ensures seamless communication and collaboration for your event.
