we are in a residential area with easy parking and lots of driveway space- 9 cars. Friendly filming area. Our backyard has a hill with lots of greenery and can walk up. Large Mid-Century home set on over half an acre with lush landscaping behind the Beverly Hills Hotel. The house features 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and large open family area. Large motor court and parking between the circular front driveway and side driveway to the garage. Enjoy the private backyard with a pool and yard area. Large Flex room can be either 5th bedroom or Large Den / Office
