The estate boasts soaring and exposed ceilings, 5 bedrooms, two of which are master suites, 5 bathrooms, 3 fireplaces, 2 full kitchens, laundry, large private black bottom pool, landscaped patio, terrace, barbecue area, WiFi internet, sound system for music throughout the house and grounds, 3 high definition large flat screen televisions, your own private movie theater with a top of the line projector and a 15 ft theater projection screen and a 2 car garage with covered parking for 6 cars and large gated courtyard for additional cars. 4 of the 5 bedrooms feature a Cal King Bed and all the beds have luxurious duvets with high thread count sheets for luxurious sleep. And you can feel perfectly secure with a long private gated driveway, CCTV security cameras and security sensors signaling whenever someone enters the driveway. This is an ideal retreat in your own oasis with impeccable craftsmanship offering the perfect integration of charm and elegance in a world-class setting. ***The advertised rate is based on a headcount of no more than 10 attendees (that includes camera/light crew, talent, extras) (Headcount Negotiable and rate will vary) for an 8 hour shoot*** (Rate will be raised if the headcount is increased) 60 guests is the max capacity of the property. ***Security deposit to be negotiated and the amount is dependent on the headcount, hours and the insurance deductible. Refundable Security deposit must be paid in advance to reserve the date. ***Site rep fee is required for a minimum of $150/day depending on the length of the shoot. ***Production insurance is required for the location. The insurance must name the homeowner and/or his company. ***A cleaning fee will be applied if the property is not left in the same condition when it was rented. ***Anything after 9pm is overtime and will be charged 2X the rate. ***No Late night parties or shoots! Cut off time 11am ABOVE PRICES AND RULES APPLY TO ANY TYPE OF RENTAL, INLUDING OUTDOOR AND INDOOR, ETC. Site scout fee $285, will be applied to the final booking amount.
