About the Space
Don't have a backyard, use mine. Small parties and get togethers. Located 5 minutes from JFK AIRPORT and major highway. This is a 1200 Sq ft artificial grass, private 6 ft fence enclosed backyard. It has 2 6 ft white gate entrance 1 on each side of the yard. The driveway is long enough to hold 2 vehicles comfortably. There is an acceptable electronic outlet at the back between the chimney and the air conditioner exhaust fan. There is a pipe on the side of the house opposite the driveway. The house and the front yard is NOT included in the rented space. The front yard is ONLY for pass through to access the backyard. Thanks
