The space: Large and spacious, 1500ft² fully furnished 2 bedroom rancher home surrounded by cedar trees is located in the city of Coquitlam, 30 minutes drive from Vancouver. Stay close to everything that the city of Vancouver has to offer, while enjoying the peacefulness and serenity of suburban living and outdoor activities of the Vancouver coast. The home has recently been renovated - new kitchen and new maytag washer and dryer. The home is 5 minutes walking distance from Mundy Park, the pool/gym & recreation centre. 10 minutes from the shopping plaza with grocery stores, spas, Starbucks, liquor store & more. Guest access - Private entrance -Free parking on the driveway or on the street in front of the home -Quiet hidden and private neighbourhood -Furnished home with television -Furnished bedrooms. Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed -Hardwood floors/laminate floors (with lots of carpets in the home) -Full bathroom with laminate floors, full bathtub / shower. (Soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels included) - Heated home -Large kitchen/ Large living room/Large dining room - Gas fireplace -Wireless Internet - Fully furnished kitchen with pots/ plates/utensils etc. If you want to cook. (Some spices available) Please no heavy cooking that will leave lingering smell - Coffee maker/toaster/microwave/stove/oven -Washer & dryer (with detergent) There are also 3 bus stops 2 minutes from the home which takes you to lougheed, Braid, burquitlam and Coquitlam station where you can access the sky trains to Vancouver, Surrey and Richmond. Other things to note The home has a private guest house that is closed off from the home. Also one of the bedrooms is locked off. No one will be staying inside that room. We have cameras on the outside of the house. Access to house is code lock.
