Other things to note The home has a private guest house that is closed off from the home. Also two of the bedrooms are locked off. No one will be staying inside those rooms during the rental. My family and I do live in this home and we like to rent it from time to time to respectful renters. We have cameras on the outside of the house. Access to house is code lock.
