About the Space

PLEASE NOTE: rates shown are base rates for Studio B. Additional fees apply for set customizations or additional services if requested. COI required for all bookings. Studio B features massive windows that flood the 2,700 sq ft industrial space with natural light. Enjoy Eastern exposure highlighting 180-degree views of the surrounding urban landscape. This space is ideal for one or multiple custom sets or seamless sweeps. Larger productions may wish to combine with Studio A or Studio C. Our facility is based in Long Island City NY – just a few minutes from midtown Manhattan – and is optimal for small and large-scale productions. We offer an extensive in-house prop and furniture collection, freight elevator, and loading dock. There are conference and lounge areas, and our fully equipped, common studio kitchen. Catering and EQ rentals can be coordinated by our team at an additional cost. Please reach out with any questions. Please allow for time in your booking to include load-in and load-out. We have a dedicated freight elevator with direct access to our space and loading dock. All equipment must be removed during the booking window unless other arrangements are made in advance. No open flames. No smoking is permitted on site. No smoke machines. SETS Please note: No outside sets are permitted. Our in-house Set Build team will assist with any set requirements and we can build your set before your booking. Note: Additional fees apply for custom set builds and for use of our standing House Set. PROPS & FURNITURE RENTAL Use of in-house furniture and prop collection is included in the booking fee. Outside prop rental is permitted as well. Outside catering is permitted. Outside equipment rental is permitted. This Studio set is available for Photoshoots and Filmshoots.
