This apt is the upper unit and part of a duplex. It is in the elegant neighborhood of Hancock Park, surrounded by classical architectural buildings and grand old LA estates. It is located on one of the most beautiful tree lined streets in LA.
Neighborhood is very quiet residential area, but walking distance to the best coffee shops, restaurants and shopping in LA.
This listing includes access to the upper unit, which has rich period details including tall arched windows, high ceilings & all modern amenities, with newly renovated kitchen. There is street permit parking readily available for an additional fee, depending on number of cars. Parking on property may not be included in your rental. Please inquire about off street and the street parking. Outdoor areas can be used for craft services, lounge areas, take meetings outside to enjoy fresh air and sunshine.
