Pool with a View! Modern light-filled home with 2 decks located near Mt. Bonnell overlooking the valley of Lake Austin. Pool with fantastic views! Home has 1800 sq. ft. of furnished outdoor deck/patio space with a gas fire pit and outdoor speakers. The pool faces west with spectacular sunset views. 3 levels of decks/patio with dining tables and chairs for 12 and lounge seating for 14. HUGE kitchen with double islands and bar space. Breakfast table seats 4. Art Deco Dining room seats 8. Light-filled open concept living area with fireplace. When you send an inquiry, please let me know how you plan to use the space and the total number of attendees. Just trying to determine how to best prepare the house for you. Let me know if you have any special requests (e.g. you want to bring an animal). The owner may be on-premises during the shoot/event but will be out of the way and respect your privacy. Discounted rates are available for non-Saturday bookings. Please inquire. Cleaning fee is mandatory and must be selected with booking.

I rented this place for my baby shower. My guests really enjoyed its modern vibe and openness. There was both indoor and outdoor seating arrangement. Everyone raved about the spaciousness of the place. The pool added to our amazing experience. We will definitely book again!

I loved staying here. It was a beautiful space with lots of natural light coming in through the windows. It was magnificently decorated and had a very homely vibe. Jacuzzi was a cherry on top! Totally recommended!

The house was beautifully furnished and naturally lit, perfect for a photoshoot! Extra points for the pool in the backyard. Absolutely loved filming here. Will be coming again soon!

We rented this beautiful house for our graduation gettogether. It had an amazing interior that made for the perfect backdrop for our photots. The house had an awesome view. The hosts were very polite, and reponsive to all our queries. I will definitely come again!
