Typical country neighborhood, middle class, in the Hudson Valley. Hills, Mountains, valleys. Half residential homes (ours) and half townhomes. Quiet Street, Lots of trees. Large, open area first floor with 9 foot ceilings. Family room with gas fireplace. Good sized front porch with wicker chairs and porch swing. Four bedrooms on second floor. On Suite Master has private balcony and cathedral ceilings. Basement is rustic. Has barn door, built in bookshelves to match. Floors left concrete with clear epoxy finish. Walkout sliding door up to pool patio, and to underneath the main deck that we use as storage, but very cool area with paver floor. Mountain views out front and back. Large deck with covered area we call the nook, or snug. Furnished with outdoor sectional, server and coffee table, small fridge. Pool is the most amazing part. Enclosed with black iron fence, pool patio lots of seating, fire pit and freeform, built in pool with waterfall and jumping rocks. Adirondack chairs placed by waterfall. Lots of privacy. Beautiful, serene setting. Grass area adjacent to pool patio and off large deck. Just enough for volleyball, badmitten, running around, game of catch, soccer etc. Large driveway with Goalrilla basketball hoop. Two car garage basement level. Lots of driveway parking, or on street. House is walking distance to local craft village of Sugar Loaf, NY with shops, restaurants and local brewery. House built 1999.
