Enclosed with black iron fence, pool patio lots of seating, fire pit and freeform, built in pool with waterfall and jumping rocks. Adirondack chairs placed by waterfall. Lots of privacy. Beautiful, serene setting. Grass area adjacent to pool patio and off large deck. Just enough for volleyball, badmitten, running around, game of catch, soccer etc. Large driveway with Goalrilla basketball hoop. Two car garage basement level. Lots of driveway parking, or on street. House is walking distance to local craft village of Sugar Loaf, NY with shops, restaurants and local brewery. House built 1999.
