About the Space

Picturesque 28-acre private lake and beach area located in the heart of Westchester County only 45 minutes from NYC. Private Homeowners Association welcomes cast and crews for potential location shootings for both photo and film. All requests will require final Association Board approval No electricity nor plumbing is available. There are no permanent structures currently on site. No motorboats or petroleum powered crafts permitted in the water.
