This place can be used for a small party that can contain 30 to 50 people at a go but without alcohol. This space can also be used for photoshoot and costumes party or a small meeting center. It is very spacious and have a parking space for 8cars and at the other side it can occupy like 12 cars or more. I can also provide food on the side if it is on demand.
