This bright daylight studio with kitchen is perfect for food photography and video productions with cooking content. It's located within walking distance from Pike Place Market in the Belltown neighborhood. Three north facing windows fill the 1100 sq ft studio with fantastic natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped! All major appliances including a full size refrigerator, electric oven and dishwasher. There is a 5 burner gas cooktop on the center island with two outlets. Small appliances too - Stand mixer, high power blender, and food processor. There are also cast iron pots and pans and stainless steel pans. Props-dishware and linens, backgrounds and surfaces included with studio rental. *Studio is not sound proof* Wifi and wifi printer in studio Prop and grip room includes 1 Large rolling cart, 4 C-Stands, 2 Apple boxes, 3 sandbags, variety of reflectors and diffusers, extension cords, clamps and a steamer. Camera Stand. Two seating areas with couches and chairs. 4 tabletops with detachable legs that can be set up individually or as a long table and 15 chairs. Separate staging area/make up area available for additional fee. Inquire with host. Two vintage tables are available for your use in studio. Bathroom inside studio (2nd bathroom down the hall). Two pay parking lots and metered street parking adjacent to building. Studio is located on the 2nd floor.
