A NOTE TO INQUIRERS: This property can only accommodate productions that plan to use the property "as is" and who do not require that the property / house be re-outfitted in order to create a 'set' or 'scene' (EXAMPLE OF PRODUCTIONS PERMITTED ARE, interviews, monologues, documentaries, product commercials, etc) Lighting equipment as a means to create the mood for a scene is permitted. PLEASE NOTE: The layout of this property is that of a duplex. There is a permanent renter in the basement of this property; therefore certain aspects of the exterior are shared (i.e., the driveway, patio). The entire interior space for guest crews is private, however and the guest crew has their own separate entry / exit from the property. The guest quarters are separated by a locked door, from that of the basement spaces. The owner reserves the right to be onsite before/during/after production activity. Advanced booking requests 2 weeks in advance or more, are given priority preference. The bedrooms in this listing are to be used for staging and/or filming only - NO overnight stays are a part of the location agreement (overnight stays are a separate booking on another platform) NO nudity is allowed NO weapons are allowed on property SECURITY CAMERAS There are security cameras in front and rear of property ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This home has proved itself desirable for film production SIX (6) times: Most Recently, in August 2022, for Gospel award winning artist Rudy Currence, who found the place ideal for a photo shoot ahead of the Stellar Awards.
