About the Space
Perched on a hill overlooking an Atlantic ocean horizon view, Casco Bay, Cushing's Island, and Whitehead passage, we are located seaside (Peaks Island's most famous view, which is flanked by Ryefield and Hadlock's Coves). We are a compact, vertical cottage with 4 decks (two roofdecks), a hot tub, and panoramic ocean views. The home has many stairs, including to access the front door, and is in Maine island cottage condition (some paint imperfections and weathering) with rustic gardens, hot tub, and many roses (including cottage rose growing on the house) on a compact and hilly lot.
