Bucolic 80-acre farm with varied landscapes - formal gardens, multiple barns and outbuildings, brand new rectangular hamptons-style pool, ponds, woods, feels, rolling hills. Could be Georgia, could be Tuscany....and many places in between. LOTS of places and different styles to shoot. Main house is a 100+ year old farmhouse that resembles colonial Williamsburg. Main house is not habitable right now; no existing plumbing or electric. Tiny house is brand new (summer 2022) and features a full bath, full kitchen, and central air. Good place for dressing room, break spot, etc.
