About the Space

Hi, we're Amy and Andreas. This is our private backyard: about a quarter acre (10,900 sqft) behind a single-story 1959 ranch house in a quiet Pasadena neighborhood. For shoots: dappled shade under mature trees, open sun, a new patio, a brick fireplace, a hammock and a bench nook with mountain views. Good for lifestyle, fashion, family, pet and product photography, interviews, and fitness or yoga content. For events: birthdays, showers, baptisms, proposals, graduation parties and evening get-togethers. Music, DJs and your own alcohol are welcome at a neighbor-friendly volume; loud music ends at midnight. Bounce houses and other inflatables are welcome outdoors (vendor certificate of insurance required). What's here: • Circular driveway parks 8–9 vehicles on site, plus free street parking • Flat, ground-level load-in through the side gates • 3 outdoor tables and about 14 chairs included; BBQ grill available as a $50 add-on, booked through Giggster • Solar ambient lights and wired outdoor lights for evenings and night scenes • Multiple 120V outdoor outlets • Indoor guest bathroom (the rest of the house is private) • Ground: new patio, plus dirt and mulch under the trees. Turf is coming to about half the yard in early 2027. Good to know: no fireworks or open flames, and the fireplace is not lit. Smoke and haze machines are fine outdoors. Need interiors too?
