Hi, we are Amy and Andreas and this is our lovely backyard! Our space is ideal for photo and video shoots, small-large outdoor events, and creative gatherings. The open space and natural backdrop make it especially well-suited for lifestyle shoots, interviews, product photography, fitness or yoga sessions, and intimate celebrations. The backyard features a large space that can be used for: - Large open yard with mulch ground cover — great for staging equipment, setting up seating, or creating different scene layouts. - Shaded areas under mature trees — perfect for relaxation, yoga/meditation, or natural-looking portrait settings. - Patio area with outdoor seating — a great spot for dining setups, gathering guests, or using as a crew staging area. - Bench nook with mountain views — an excellent backdrop for photo and video content. - Hammock between trees — adds a relaxed, California lifestyle feel for shoots or downtime. - Guests have access to a bathroom inside the house, while the rest of the home is not included in rentals. - Outdoor furniture and BBQ grill available for use.
