About the Space

A private, camera-ready garage gym in Pasadena for fitness content, brand shoots, interviews and personal training. The room: 400 sqft of ½-inch rubber flooring, large mirrors, a wood-panel accent wall, and smart LED strip and ceiling lighting with adjustable colors, fully dimmable. It shoots from several angles and switches easily between a working gym and a styled fitness set. Equipment: Rep PR-5000 rack with Ares 2.0 functional trainer (dual 310 lb stacks, dual pulleys, lat pulldown, seated row), Olympic barbells (45 and 35 lb), adjustable dumbbells 5–80 lb, dumbbell pairs 1–10 lb, Rep incline/flat bench, landmine, TRX, Bosu, treadmill, elliptical, and a 100 lb heavy bag (punching only, no kicking).
