The space is design forward, layered with texture, and built to photograph beautifully for commercial shoots, film productions, brand content, and editorial photography. Custom built bar backdrop, eclectic vintage seating, textured walls, botanical murals, moody color palette, and layered props create depth in every frame. The space reads authentically as either a sophisticated café during the day or an intimate cocktail bar for evening scenes. Soft ambient lighting creates natural warmth without harsh overhead glare, with full flexibility to bring in your own lighting setup. Layout & Shooting Angles: Working café counter and bar area, multiple seating configurations, lounge style nooks, and open floor plan allow for wide establishing shots or tight intimate frames. The space offers variety within one location: shoot a coffee meeting scene, then transition to a bar conversation without changing venues. Production Details: Ground floor access on a quiet East Village block makes load in straightforward. Fully private during your booking with no operational interruptions. We've hosted commercial shoots for major brands, independent film productions, series filming, podcast recordings, fashion editorials, and lifestyle content. Flexible with custom setups, furniture moves, and longer production schedules. For Private Events: Beyond production, the space is also available for private celebrations and gatherings. We are a non alcoholic venue, but BYOB is permitted for private events. Capacity is 40 seated or 75 standing. Perfect for birthday parties, corporate events, product launches, and brand activations. Specs: Accommodates crews of various sizes. For productions, crew size does not affect pricing—rates are based on time of day and length of booking, not headcount. Power access throughout. Bathroom facilities on site. Located in the heart of East Village with easy transportation access for cast and crew. We are open daily 12pm to 12am, but the space can be available 24/7. Rates: Start at $300 per hour depending on time of day. Discounts available for full day rentals or multiple day bookings. Production pricing is not based on crew size—rates increase based on duration and time of booking.
