Mighty Mini Studio for YouTUBE, Social, Multimedia, Photography and more. The studio suite is 9' wide by 12' long - mini but mighty. Base rental of the space includes wrap-around curtain backdrops in green, black, and white, a black faux leather futon couch, lamps, a white folding table, and other set options to create a cozy interview or news style set. 3 RGB& COLOR TEMP adjustable LED ceiling mounted lights and 1 5600K LED PAR ceiling mounted light are part of the standard rental at no additional charge, as is use of the large 4K TV monitor. Coffee, beverages and snacks are complimentary for bookings of 1-2 guests. For additional participants, ask us about per person fee for this service. Production and post production equipment available includes 2 Blackmagic Cinema 4k Cameras, a Panasonic LUMIX 1000 4k Camera, Studio mixrophones, a Blackmagic ATEM Mini ISO HD production switcher for live editing, streaming with our fiberoptic internet connection and more. The MacPRO tower is set up with Davinci Resolve 17 for convenient review and organization of production work. Studio LED lighting package is available for ceiling and stand mounts. We also have a tabletop photo studio for perfectly lighting e-commerce products and other small items as well. Volume and All Inclusive Packages can be negotiated for significant discounts. This has been used for massage and day spa purposes as well, and a massage table is available too! Large boardroom with large table and chairs can be used for production support, or as a boardroom set. It's available for meetings, classes, teleconferencing and more. (approx 300sq feet). For breaks and meals, there is a spacious shared kitchen with a microwave oven, table, chairs, and sink. Separate shared restrooms for men and women nearby.
