As a coveted end unit it has a huge balcony that overlooks all of South Palm Springs, Downtown and the mountains. Once inside you are in your own paradise. You can not see or hear any other unit. Had an absolutely lovely stay. Loved the unit, the delightful Palm Springs decor, the location just blocks from the downtown strips, the pool, amazing shower, perfect little kitchen, and above all a kind and friendly host. I will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Wonderfully designed condo right in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. We enjoyed the patio watching the hummingbirds and the views of the mountains. The condo is very clean and well stocked.

We loved this apartment. The balcony was so big and cozy to be on with a great view. We loved hanging out at the pool - clean, quiet, not crowded. The bed was very comfortable. The other guests/tenants were friendly. The location was super convenient to walk to the downtown area. Ruth and Warren are great hosts. We would definitely book this place again!
