Beautiful European backyard with large courtyard space for entertaining, weddings, parties and events. Plenty of space to set up a dj, bar or food service outside. Minimum of 4 hour booking. $500 per hour Includes access to the house and property. Beautiful interior downstairs bathroom accessible. Side entrance available. Easily can park 15-20 with street and side property parking. Gorgeous kidney shaped pool, 2 large cabanas, and enough space to fit 60 people plus. Entire space is paved, so great for dancing and ladies that want to dress up. No grass, no dirt. In order to book the pool you must clarify prior and provide pool insurance for you and your guests safety.
