About the Space

Located in the Lake Nona area, just 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport, our professional Dance & Performing Arts Studio offers a welcoming and versatile space designed primarily for classes, rehearsals, workshops, auditions, private instruction, and artistic training. Home to an active dance and music school, the main studio features an open floor plan ideal for dancers, choreographers, instructors, theater groups, coaches, and other performing arts professionals. The space is especially well suited for dance rehearsals, private and group classes, master classes, intensives, choreography sessions, auditions, theater rehearsals, movement and fitness instruction, and artistic workshops. Recurring & Month-to-Month Rentals We welcome independent instructors and professionals looking for a consistent space to hold their own regular weekly classes or programs. Recurring and month-to-month arrangements are available, with special rates depending on frequency, number of hours, schedule, and availability. If you’re looking for a long-term space for your classes or program, feel free to reach out with your preferred days and times so we can discuss availability and an arrangement that works for both sides. About the Space The main rental area includes the dance studio and lobby/waiting area. The studio is equipped with a sound system and provides a professional environment for teaching, training, rehearsing, and creating. The facility also includes a small, separate music room designed primarily for private, one-on-one music lessons. This room appears in some of our listing photos but is not automatically included with the main studio rental. It may be available separately for specific or recurring rentals upon request and subject to availability. Important Information This is an active performing arts school. Regular studio furniture, equipment, décor, and furnishings remain in the facility during rentals. The space is cleaned, organized, and prepared before each booking. We do not host parties, birthday celebrations, baby showers, or large social gatherings. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required for classes, master classes, workshops, and other organized activities conducted by outside instructors, professionals, or organizations. Site visits are welcome by appointment only. Hourly, extended, recurring, and month-to-month rental options are available. Special rates may be offered for consistent weekly bookings.
