This is a stunning home with a resort-style feel to it. The centerpiece is a gorgeous, below grade 7,200 square foot tennis court with tremendous viewing of tennis from two decks above. Between the lower level viewing deck and the court is a gorgeous stream filled with numerous fish and beautiful water plants. It is located in Orange County, CA with access to beaches, world class shopping, Disneyland, Los Angeles, and San Diego. The views are beautiful and the home is situated in a nine-home gated community. The home is over 5,000 square feet and has a separate casita that is approximately 600 square feet with an entertainment and viewing deck above. The main residence has five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a gym, a large open kitchen, family room, living room, and La Cantina doors connecting the family room and kitchen to the pool area in the back. In addition to the pool there is also a jacuzzi and a gazebo with a fireplace for people to congregate in a covered area. The casita is comprised of a bedroom, full bath, kitchen, living room with a television and a pass through window to connect the kitchen to the outdoor bar. There is also another public bathroom and shower for visitors. On top of the casita is a viewing deck with a ping pong table and seating to watch tennis as well as a game room with a television, air hockey, a refrigerator, bar space, beautiful views, and additional seating. On a clear day one can see Catalina Island from the deck. The tennis court has eight pairs of LED lights that turn night into day. Each pair can be set from 0% to 100% via an app to control the illumination and ambiance. There is also an outdoor bar area with a television, incredible speaker system to play music throughout the property, a fire pit, plenty of space for seating and hosting a large number of people, and two barbecue areas. The size of the property, combined with such an exquisite home with the capacity to accommodate at least 10 guests, along with the pool, jacuzzi, gym, tennis court, and multiple areas for people to congregate to play ping pong, air hockey, watch television, and to socialize gives one the feeling of being at a luxury resort. It is the type of property where people can come in as strangers and leave as friends. It is ideal for retreats, photoshoots, and filming. From the moment one enters the gates to the tennis court area one is enveloped with a feeling of wonder, awe, and serenity. It's as if you have entered a whole new world akin to Oz or Wonderland. The common reaction from people visiting for the first time is "If I lived here I would never leave." From a production or photoshoot standpoint there is plenty of parking outside the gated community for trucks, caterers, and other vendors. In addition, given the size of the home and the number of rooms, there are many different areas for people to work, change, and relax. No detail or expense has been spared over the three years it took to bring The TenniSphere to life. One recent visitor who does a lot of work in very high end homes in Southern California said that he has seen so many beautiful homes over the years that he is no longer easily impressed and is actually quite jaded.
