About the Space
Our Modern black and white Farmhouse sits on a 9,000+ square foot lot with turf and desert landscaping in the front with a stunning magnolia tree. Our tiled front porch leads you into a large open living space shared between the kitchen, living and dining spaces. Our center island includes a modern brass feature and light fixture. The main living space has sliding doors that open out to our back deck lined with a night blooming jasmine wall that blooms every April - June and a cute sitting area, past that is our pergola (starting to be covered with grape vines) and dining patio leading to our large back yard split between turf and a stunning 40-foot black tiled rectangle pool. Lined with vines the lush greenery is the perfect scene and backdrop, clean lines, lots of open space and plenty of angels for capturing a variety of content in a single space. The pool includes a waterfall feature, baja shelf with optional umbrella and in pool seating, and hot tub. Our house is clean, modern and warm with a lot of unique features offering great opportunities.
