Old Agoura is known for its large properties and horse population. Our house build in 2019 and is the newest property in this neighborhood. With a little over half an acre of land, this 5000 SqFt gorgeous home is styles to fit the Mediterranean feel with twist of Contemporary/ modern. The house has high ceiling open space, large windows and great light. It has 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 baths a movie room, and an enormous kitchen. It have space to park for over 12 cars, and lots of parking outside. There is a beautiful pool and spa with a baja entrance, and there is lots of grass around. There is property next door with 14 horses can be part of your production as well. This house is also the ultimate smart home, including speakers around the whole house and outside and the ability to control it all including lights and pool through an Ipod.
