About the Space

This is a very unique property, being of historical significance and grand in size. The property is privately owned and secluded, yet close to town and amenities. Originally built in the mid 1890s as the Orphanage or “Children’s Center”. The property consists of 25 buildings , on roughly 30 acres of land. The Mountain View’s are stunning, as are the surrounding grass lands. It’s bordered by the Beaverhead River on one side, and ranch land on the others. The buildings range in age and style, as the population grew so did the accommodations and facilities. It’s been neglected over the years, but every building is structurally sound. As every building is period antique/vintage with rugged appeal and lots personality. This would be a great location for a period film or a horror movie of type. Feel free to ask Q’s .
