Designed by Frank Gehry, the space features sculptural architecture, soaring ceilings, and panoramic ocean views throughout. The entire second floor - including the main loft, back living room, architectural kitchen, and conference/makeup suite - faces the beach, offering continuous ocean views and exceptional natural light for photo and video production. Each area provides a distinct visual look, allowing multiple setups within one location. The studio includes a fully shootable kitchen ideal for food, lifestyle, and product shoots; a private glam and wardrobe room with ocean views; a third-floor bedroom loft for lifestyle and interview content; and a private rooftop deck with unobstructed sunset views over the Pacific. Oceanfront Loft is ideal for photo shoots, video production, interviews, brand campaigns, lifestyle content, meetings, and select events. The space offers modular furniture, high-speed Wi-Fi, optional on-site production support, and rare private parking (two garage spots plus one outdoor spaces).
