This old cottage of ours is on the ocean with private ocean beach access. Our home is a 1929 fisherman cottage. It was built by fisherman. It’s exterior is old cedar shingle siding and old cedar shingle roof. There is a hand made, stone fireplace. The house’s inside is white. The kitchen is white. The kitchen cabinets are white wood. (not bright white ) The kitchen counters are light wood, light maple. The floors are the original clear combed fir wood. There’s parking for 12. This house is perched out on the dunes and , therefore , has unobstructed views east and west. There are also unobstructed views to the north , Mecox Bay, and , of course, south, out to the ocean. We have Dune preserve across the street. The house is in the last of the old , original cottages on Dune Road, according to the zoning board.
