OASIS IN NYC w/pool, sauna & Jacuzzi

About the Space

Our house is most commonly used for photo shoots and filming, especially our beautiful pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. (Sauna and Jacuzzi are opened all year round). The crew of 15 can comfortably work in our backyard (2300 sf) and use the ground floor apartment (the bedroom and the living room) for changing and food stations. There is one bathroom on the ground floor. Entrance from the ground-floor living room to the backyard with the in-ground pool and sauna. The space is warm, cozy and spacious. Enjoy the tranquility of our beautiful backyard. (swimming pool in season mid-May-mid October). Take advantage all year round from the rejuvenating session in our cedar wood sauna and Jacuzzi. Pour some essential oils on the hot stones to enjoy the lavender steam. The apartment is located on the ground floor in a single-family house. We live on the second floor. The house has a central AC and heating. In addition, there is a wood burning fireplace in the living room. There is free parking in front of the house. As well as Wifi, Netflix, and Cable TV. Access to the washer and dryer per request. Also, an iron and an ironing board is available. Plus, a Weber grill in the backyard. There is no life guard at the pool. The pool is 9 ft deep and has a diving board. There is no child protective pool fence. Therefore, children must be accompanied by the adults at ALL TIME. If the location scouter is interested in using our 2nd floor where we have 3 additional bedrooms, 2nd living room, dinning room, kitchen and a second bathroom, we can arrange that for the additional charge. We live in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood just 10 min from JFK airport. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
