Our cozy North Oakland home is 2 mi from Campus, a few min walk to best restaurants & bars, w/ easy access to San Francisco (Ferry, Uber, Bart). The home features our 100 yr old Redwood Room- a 70s cocktail lounge re-imagined into modern times, an outdoor Fire Pit & Lounge, Outdoor Patio Dining & String Lights! This 2 BD 1BA, 1000sqft recently renovated spacious home offers Full Kitchen (complimentary coffee/tea), Central Heat/AC & Laundry. Both bedrooms are equipped with queen beds, wardrobes, and desk spaces to work. The bathroom has all of your essentials - towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, hairdryer, cotton swabs, q-tips - even bath bombs to relax in the tub! The kitchen has a gas stove/oven, full size fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee & tea station, and the basics to cook a nice meal. Enjoy your meal in the breakfast nook, or in the 70s cocktail lounge! The lounge has a built in bar w/ 4 barstools, cocktail bar tools, and vintage glassware. The outdoor space is a wonderful place to unwind. Enjoy the firepit, lounge chairs, and outdoor dining set!
